1330.05 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Ohio Existing Building Code, as adopted in Section 1330.01, and a provision of any other standard technical code adopted by the Village, or any local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the stricter standard shall control.
