1330.03 APPLICATION.

The Ohio Existing Building Code, as adopted in Section 1330.01, is hereby made expressly applicable to all buildings, structures and occupancies in the Village, including non-industrialized one, two and three-family dwellings and their appurtenant and accessory structures and including mercantile, industrial, and institutional occupancies.
