1330.02 PURPOSE.

The purpose of the Ohio Existing Building Code, as adopted in Section 1330.01, is to provide uniform standards for the maintenance, repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition to, and relocation of existing buildings that are within the scope of the Ohio Building Code.
