907.04 BOND REQUIRED.

No person, firm or corporation shall commence any work for the purpose of enclosing a ditch within the Village's right of way or any drainage easement without first depositing a bond in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00). The bond is to be returned after completion and approval of installation.
