153.20 EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION.

   (a)    Effective January 1, 2024, compensation ranges for employees are set forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto.

   (b)    All current full-time and permanent part-time employees covered by this Ordinance, and employed as of December 31, 2022, will receive a two thousand dollar ($2,000.00) cash bonus in lieu of a wage increase for 2023. All eligible employees covered by this Ordinance will receive a three percent (3%) increase in their current base compensation effective January 1, 2024. All eligible employees covered by this Ordinance will receive a three percent (3%) increase in their current base compensation effective January 1, 2025.
