770.03 SCOPE OF CHAPTER.

   Any Mobile Food Unit as defined by the Ohio Fire Code shall submit an application and obtain either an Annual Vendor Permit or a Special Event Permit from the Mayfield Village Fire Department prior to operating in Mayfield Village. A Mobile Food Unit may not operate on public property, including the right-of-way, unless it has passed a Fire Department inspection.
