1505.06 MAINTENANCE.

Each of the facilities governed by this Chapter shall develop a procedure to ensure that the AED's are continuously maintained in a ready, operational condition. Regular inspections shall be performed to ensure the battery is charged, associated equipment is present, the defibrillation patches are not expired and the unit is not in need of service. Written documentation of these regular inspections shall be kept on the premises, subject to inspection by the Fire Chief, Fire Marshal or other fire department officer.
