1505.03 APPLICATION.

   The following facilities shall install and maintain automated external defibrillators (AED's): All Assembly Occupancies exceeding an occupant load of 200 persons, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation facilities, public and private K-12 schools, and all physical fitness facilities in the Village whose occupants engage in activities that are of moderate or higher level of physical exertion.
