1391.01 PURPOSE.

Wind energy is a recognized, renewable and nonpolluting energy resource and its conversion to electricity may reduce dependence on nonrenewable energy sources. This Chapter is adopted in order to provide for the construction and operation of wind energy facilities in Mayfield Village subject to reasonable conditions and limitations that will provide the public health, safety and welfare.
