SECTION 2. QUALIFICATIONS.

   The Mayor shall have physically resided and been a qualified elector of the Municipality for at least three (3) continuous years immediately preceding the Mayor's election and shall continue to physically reside in and be a qualified elector of the Municipality throughout the Mayor's term of office. The Mayor shall not hold any other elected public office or other employment, with Mayfield Village, but may be a notary public, a member of the State militia or reserve corp of the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by this Charter.
