1371.03 APPEAL TO BOARD OF APPEALS.

In the event the Building Commissioner denies an application, the applicant may appeal the Building Commissioner’s decision to the Board of Appeals within thirty (30) days and the Board of Appeals may by majority vote act on the application, subject to the limitations set forth in this chapter.
