1309.23 EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE REQUIRED OF APPLICANTS FOR A CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF CONTRACTOR PURSUANT TO SECTION 1313.05.

   Liability insurance pursuant to Section 1313.05 in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for all persons for personal injury or death, and for damage to property caused by work authorized by the permit.
