1179.05 APPEAL.

   The determination of any administrative official, in applying the regulations promulgated hereunder, which is adverse to the rights of any Surface Owner or any Permit Holder may be appealed to the Village Board of Zoning Appeals by filing a notice of appeal with the Building Commissioner within five days of notification by the administrative official that the Permit Holder or Surface Owner has not complied with the regulation. The appeal shall be heard at the next Board of Zoning Appeals meeting, but such further hearings may be held as required for the Board to resolve the appeal. Decisions of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be appealable to Village Council by any interested person or entity.
