153.01 APPLICABILITY.

Except as herein otherwise provided the provisions of this Chapter shall apply to those employees of Mayfield Village (hereinafter "Municipality") not included in a collective bargaining agreement pursuant to Article Ill, Section 17 of the Charter of Mayfield Village. The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to seasonal employees.
