1385.04 HOURS AND MERCHANDISE PERMITTED.

(a) No person shall conduct a home sale except between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or as regulated by the Chief of Police or a person designated by him, because of traffic or weather conditions. No home sale shall be conducted on Sunday.

(b) No person shall sell any household furniture, furnishings, equipment, or goods which were brought into the residence or onto the property for the purpose of selling the same at such sale. All items for sale must be the personal property of one or more persons residing at the sale location and shall be displayed in the house and/or the garage only.
