1383.06 AUTOMATIC FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS IN EXISTING BUILDINGS.

(a) Installation. An automatic fire alarm and detection system shall be installed in all buildings that are currently without a complete fire suppression system.

(b) Supervision. All automatic fire alarm and detection systems shall be supervised by a remote-station or central-station system.

(c) Conformity Date. All owners/occupants shall comply with the provisions of this section prior to the occupancy of the existing structures.
