1383.02 AUTHORITY TO ADOPT AND PROMULGATE RULES.

Authority is hereby conferred upon the Building Commissioner to adopt and promulgate rules based on the standards of the National Fire Codes embodying details of installation and construction of automatic fire suppression systems to carry into effect the provisions of this chapter. Approval of devices shall be based on reports of a nationally recognized testing laboratory. All rules adopted by the Building Commissioner under this section shall be promulgated at least one month before application and enforcement.
