1381.04 LOCATION; LANDSCAPING.

No satellite dish shall be constructed in any front or side yard and may only be constructed to the rear of the main building on the premises where not visible from the street or from a neighbor's lot. The plans submitted in accordance with Section 1381.03(a) shall specify appropriate landscaping to reasonably conceal the dish from view and the same shall be installed before approval by the Building Commissioner.
