1365.05 ESCROW AGENT; DISBURSEMENTS OF FUNDS WITHOUT STATEMENT PROHIBITED.

No person, firm or corporation acting in a capacity of an escrow agent in any real estate transaction involving the sale of a dwelling located within the Municipality, shall disburse any funds unless there has been a complete compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
