1365.01 CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION AT TIME OF SALE.

No owner of any residential dwelling structure or unit, within the Municipality, shall enter into an agreement to sell or otherwise convey a dwelling structure or unit without first obtaining, from the Cuyahoga County Board of Health, a Certificate of Inspection of such of the private sewage system and then presenting a copy of such Certificate of Inspection to the prospective purchaser or grantee. The owner shall furthermore obtain from the prospective purchaser or grantee a signed acknowledgment of the receipt of a copy of the Certificate of Inspection.
