1363.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, or participates in the violation of any provision shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each separate dumping, depositing, or storage of garbage, rubbish, refuse, litter or other waste material or fill of any kind in violation of this chapter.
