1361.16 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

   The Municipal Engineer shall make such rules and regulations to have the force and effect of law, which may be required to facilitate the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter to provide safety to life and limb of persons and the preservation of property. The rules and regulations formulated by the Municipal Engineer shall be published and a copy filed with the Clerk of Council, and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated herein as if set out at length herein, and from the effective date of this section (Ordinance 74-27, passed 5-20-74.), the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the Municipality. Wherever the words "Safety Director" or "Director of Safety" appear in the rules and regulations formulated by the Municipal Engineer, and filed with the Clerk of Council, such words shall be deemed to mean Municipal Engineer of the Municipality.
