1353.15 LEGAL ACTION.

   The imposition of any penalty will not preclude the Municipality from instituting an appropriate action or proceeding in a court of proper jurisdiction to prevent unlawful construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, conversion, maintenance or use; or to restrain, correct or abate a violation, or to prevent the occupancy of a dwelling or structure, or to prevent an illegal act, conduct, business or use in or about any dwelling or structure, or to require compliance with provisions of this chapter or other applicable laws, ordinances, rules or regulations of the Municipality, or the orders or determinations of the Building Commissioner, Architectural Review Board or Council.
