1349.99 PENALTY.

Whoever fails to display on a house or building the correct number in the manner prescribed in Section 1349.02 hereof, and within ten days after receipt of written notice from the Service Director and Building Inspector, fails to display such number, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
