1343.99 PENALTY.

Whoever moves any building or structure or substantial part thereof without obtaining a permit therefor, or without complying with the terms of this chapter as to furnishing a cash deposit, liability insurance, notice to certain property owners or approval of the Architectural Review Board shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
