1337.01 REQUIREMENTS.
   The following requirements are hereby established for gasoline service and filling stations in all use districts in the Municipality, which requirements shall be in addition to any other requirements for such stations established by existing zoning and building ordinances, and in the case of any conflict or inconsistency, the more restrictive requirements shall prevail:
   (a)    All driveway and parking areas shall be paved.
   (b)    The building itself shall conform to and be harmonious with the architecture of other buildings in the area, and shall be subject to approval by the Architectural Review Board.
   (c)    A landscaping or buffer strip must be included and be approved by the Architectural Review Board.
   (d)    The parking plan must conform to the off-street parking requirements of the ordinances of the Municipality, but shall be limited to vehicles of employees and of customers awaiting service in the station. There shall be no parking of used vehicles for sale or trailers for rents
   (e)    Any vehicle parked on the premises not carrying current license plates shall be impounded.
   (f)    No major motor, transmission or differential overhaul of vehicles shall be permitted.
   (g)    No body work or paint spraying shall be permitted.
   (h)    There shall be no outdoor open display or storage of merchandise other than the usual gasoline tanks.
   (i)    There shall be no use of pennants, banners, streamers, whirligigs, balloons, flashing lights or point-of-sale materials.
   (j)    All refuse shall be completely screened from view from outside areas.
   (k)    There shall be no dumping of any oil, grease, kerosene or any other petroleum products or any other similar materials into sewers of any kind.
   (l)    The premises shall be maintained in a clean, sanitary and neat condition at all times.
   (m)    There shall be a minimum of three service bays.
   (n)    The garage doors of the service bays shall not face a main thoroughfare.
   (o)    Proper fire extinguishers shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the Fire Department of the Municipality.
   (p)    Tanks and piping shall be of fiberglass on underground storage tanks.
