1313.03 APPEAL.

   Any applicant to whom a certificate of registration has been denied, suspended or revoked, by the Building Commissioner may, within ten days, appeal such decision of the Building Commissioner to Council, which shall promptly hear the evidence of the applicant and of the Commissioner, and which may, at the conclusion of such hearing, sustain, reverse or modify the decision of the Commissioner. The appeal shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Clerk of Council who shall report the filing of such appeal and transmit all papers for filing to Council at its next regular meeting.
