1313.02 APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.

   If the applicant proposes to perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, fire alarm, sprinkler, or refrigeration work, evidence that the applicant is currently licensed by the Ohio Construction Industry Examining Board (OCIEB), shall be required as evidence of qualification so as to authorize the issuance of a registration certificate.

   Evidence of repeated violations of this Building Code or other ordinances shall be sufficient cause to authorize the Building Commissioner, at his discretion, to revoke or suspend an existing registration, or to disqualify the applicant from receiving a certificate of registration in the future. There shall be no return of registration fees upon such revocation.
