1309.98 DELINQUENT PERMIT APPLICATIONS.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter by not obtaining a permit prior to commencing the work for which such permit is required shall be, in addition, to any other remedies or penalties provided for herein, required to pay a fee in the amount of twice the cost of the permit due to the late application therefor.
