1309.21 INQUIRIES REGARDING PROPERTY IN FLOOD PLAIN DISTRICT: FEE.

The Municipal Engineer shall obtain, review and utilize any data available in order to determine whether any potential development is contained within the Flood Plain District. The fee for determining whether such property is contained within the Flood Plain District shall be fifty dollars ($50.00), plus ten dollars ($10.00) as an administrative charge.
