1309.16 CONTINGENCIES PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE.

   Prior to the issuance of a permit, the Building Commissioner shall inspect the premises to be improved, shall determine the grade level and location of the sidewalk, and shall provide the applicant with specifications for the work. The Commissioner shall periodically inspect the construction of the sidewalk, and shall, upon its completion, make a final inspection to determine if the work has been done in accordance with the specifications provided to the permittee.
