1309.15 LINE AND GRADE SETTING FEE.

Where it is determined by the Municipal Engineer or by the Building Commissioner that it is necessary to establish line and grade settings, an additional fee shall be paid. The fee shall be determined by the Engineer based on work required by the Engineer at rates then in effect for such work. This fee shall be in addition to the permit fee as provided in Section 1309.14.
