1309.07 CHARGE FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
   In addition to any other fees or deposits required by this or any other ordinance of the Municipality, the Building Commissioner shall charge and collect a deposit of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to reimburse the Municipality for expenses incurred for additional or supplemental engineering, legal or other professional services rendered, which the Municipality, Council or any commissions deem necessary as part of its consideration of any application for a building permit; to review preliminary or final site development plans or in the consideration of an application for rezoning.

   (a)    The charges for professional services of the Municipal Engineer, Law Director or other professional services shall be at the then current rate paid by the Municipality.
   (b)    In the event that the deposit by an applicant as required pursuant to this section is insufficient to reimburse the Municipality, then the applicant shall be required to deposit additional funds in equal amounts of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) as requested by the Building Commissioner.
(c)    The balance of any deposit remaining after the payment of all charges shall be refunded to the applicant within sixty days following the completion of the construction; the granting or refusal of a conditional use permit; the approval of the preliminary and final site development plans or the granting or refusal of an application for rezoning.
