1301.03 POSITION OF MUNICIPAL ARCHITECT CREATED.

(a) The position of Municipal Architect is hereby created who shall provide, at the direction of the Mayor, architectural consulting services in relation to the construction and/or renovation of public buildings or structures, or other Village matter.

(b) The Municipal Architect shall be an architect registered in the State and shall be appointed by the Mayor. The term “Architect”, as hereinafter used, shall include the Municipal Architect and all alternate Municipal Architects acting under the provisions thereof.
