1301.02 ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING ASSISTANT INSPECTORS.

(a) There are hereby established the positions of Electrical Assistant Inspector and Plumbing Assistant Inspector. Persons filling these two positions shall be appointed by the Mayor.

(b) The Electrical Assistant Inspector and Plumbing Assistant Inspector shall be subject to the supervision and direction of the Building Commissioner.

(c) The Electrical Assistant Inspector or Plumbing Assistant Inspector may be discharged from their respective offices at any time by order of the Mayor.
