1181.01 HEIGHT LIMITATIONS.

   No building or structure shall be erected to a height in excess of two and one-half stories or in excess of thirty-five feet, except that in the case of a church, school or library building, it shall not be erected to a height in excess of four stories or in excess of fifty feet. No accessory building or structure in a Class U-l or U-2 District shall exceed fifteen feet in height.
