1119.20 SEDIMENT POLLUTION CONTROL REGULATIONS.

(a) No developer shall conduct any earth disturbing activities unless the same are performed in accordance with the Sediment Pollution Control Regulations which are on file at the Civic Center and available for inspection or copying, the same being incorporated herein as if totally rewritten.

(b) Any developer who performs any earth disturbing activities in violation of these Regulations shall for each and every violation or noncompliance be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000). Each day during or on which a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
