1119.171 IDENTIFICATION OF LOT BOUNDARIES.

The developer shall install metal pins indicating the location of subdivision lot boundaries which pins need not be installed prior to grading but which shall be permanently affixed to the parcels prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit. The developer shall furnish to the Building Commissioner a certificate evidencing the placement of the pins as required by this section.
