1119.06 WATER SERVICE.

A public water distribution system shall be designed and constructed by the developer of each subdivision or development and a supply shall be provided for each lot. The water distribution system shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the rules and standards as may be established by the Municipal Engineer and the Division of Water and Heat of the City of Cleveland.
