   1115.09 MUNICIPAL MAP.
   In order that proposed subdivisions may be properly planned and reviewed, a map of the Municipality showing all streets, lot lines and topographic contours shall be kept up to date by the Municipal Engineer and maintained on file by the Clerk. Preliminary plans, when approved, shall be indicated on a print of the Municipal Map, and every final plat or deed description, when recorded, shall be added to the tracings thereof.

   1115.10 RESUBDIVISION AND VACATION.
   An application for resubdividing, replatting or vacation of a subdivision or a part thereof, shall be made by the owner or owners to the Planning and Zoning Commission in the same form as for an original subdivision along with all required maps and other information. The original lots shall be shown, by dotted lines, and lot numbers and other references made to previously recorded subdivisions. After a replatting or vacation is approved by the Commission, it shall be submitted to the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas if required by Ohio R.C. 711.17 to 711.31.
