1115.02 COPIES AVAILABLE; DISCUSSION WITH DEVELOPER.

   The Municipality shall make available copies of these Subdivision Regulations, the Zoning Code, the Street Plan, Community Facilities Plan and other maps and relevant information at a cost to be determined by Council. Any developer may request an advance discussion of the procedures and criteria for developing land at regular meetings of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
