1115.01 INTENT.

   Procedures are herein established for achieving effectiveness, efficiency and uniformity in the administration of the Subdivision Regulations, including:

   (a)    Procedures by which a developer may obtain information, plan land developments, make applications for review, record plats and construct land improvements; and

   (b)    Procedures by which the Planning and Zoning Commission may review, study, make recommendations, approve the plans and plats and otherwise administer these regulations; and

   (c)    Procedures for planning and developing land consistent with procedures for planned development areas which include buildings as set forth in the Zoning Code, and in accordance with the objectives of the Master Plan.
