971.99 PENALTY.

Unless otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than thirty days in jail, or both.
