939.02 TAP CHARGE FOR USE OF SAMUEL WELLMAN WATER MAIN ALONG WILSON MILLS ROAD.

   (a)    No property owner shall be issued a permit or be permitted to make a water main connection or tap-in from Wilson Mills Road to the water main installed by Samuel Wellman (which starts at the previously existing water main in front of the property at 7109 Wilson Mills Road and extends easterly approximately 600 feet), unless the property owner making such tap-in or connection first pays to Samuel Wellman, his successors or assigns, the proportion of the cost of such water main as determined by the frontage of such property owner as compared to the total front footage of property abutting both sides of the 600 foot water main improvement plus six percent (6%) interest per annum from the date of installation.

   (b)    No connection shall be permitted to be made to such water main from any of the parcels until the owner or owners thereof give evidence to the Finance Director that Samuel Wellman, his successors or assigns, have been reimbursed in the amounts set forth in subsection (a) hereof as to any such parcel for which a connection is requested.
