935.01 APPLICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MAINS.

   Applications of the East Ohio Gas Company to construct gas mains and service in the Municipality may be granted between meetings of Council by the joint approval of the Building Commissioner, Service Director and the Municipal Engineer. If they are unable to agree upon granting the application, it shall be referred to Council for approval or disapproval at its next meeting. If the Building Commissioner, Service Director and the Municipal Engineer do not desire to pass upon a particular application it shall be submitted to Council for approval or disapproval at its next meeting. If approval of an application is not given by the Building Commissioner, Service Director and the Municipal Engineer, the East Ohio Gas Company or any interested person may file a request with Council to approve or disapprove the application at its next meeting.
