905.03 DAMAGES RECOVERABLE.

The Law Director is hereby authorized to take action to enjoin the violation of any provision of this chapter and to recover damages suffered by the Municipality because of any violation of any provision of this chapter and to take action to enforce the conditions of the bond provided for in Section 905.01.
