739.02 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

(a) No peddler or solicitor shall peddle or solicit within the Municipality unless he or she is the holder of a valid permit issued pursuant to this chapter.

(b) No canvasser shall obtain or seek to obtain or influence the opinions of the residents of the Municipality until he or she is registered pursuant to this chapter.

(c) A separate permit or registration must be made for every canvasser, peddler, solicitor, agent or employee canvassing, peddling or soliciting within the Municipality.
