707.01 SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS REQUIRED.

   Within six months from the date this chapter is enacted all banks and other financial institutions in Mayfield Village providing access to an automated teller machine which is located outside of a building or other structure shall have installed and have functioning for the safety of all users of automated teller machines cameras capable of photographing the general area around the ATM as well as the areas of ingress and egress to the ATM.
