521.12 CURBSIDE GARBAGE DEPOSIT; REGULATIONS.

   (a)    Except as herein otherwise provided, no person shall place or deposit on the curb or treelawn any garbage, rubbish or other refuse intended for regular trash pick-up earlier than 6:00 p.m. on the day before such pick-up is scheduled. Residents shall be permitted to place trash bags containing grass clippings or other yard maintenance refuse on the curb or treelawn for pick-up at any time on the day before such pick-up is scheduled.

   (b)   No person shall place any garbage, rubbish, or other refuse intended for trash pick-up unless such garbage, rubbish, or refuse is generated from the premises.

    No person shall remove, appropriate or otherwise take any garbage, rubbish or other refuse deposited on or around tree lawns for collection by the residential curbside recycling program except for authorized agents of the Municipality.

   (c)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
