§ 150.06 APPEALS.
   Any person aggrieved by an order, decision, or determination made by the Building Official may appeal such order, decision or determination to the State Appeals Board of the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, Construction Codes and Licensing Division. Such appeal shall be made according to the rules and regulations of the Appeals Board.
